Cancellation Policy

At The Beauty Couture, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service cost.

2. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for our next clients. The full service fee will still apply.

4. Deposits & Prepayments

  • Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur with less than 24 hours’ notice.
